Plans & Pricing

How do the plans differ?

Basic: single-platform proof-of-concept. Growth: more A/B tests & optimization cadence. Advance: multi-platform/region + CRO guidance. Premium: cross-channel, complex conversions, funnels & CRM/automation.

Is the management fee inclusive of ad spend?

No. Our fee covers service; media spend is paid to ad platforms (by you directly or via us and reconciled).

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrades/downgrades take effect next billing cycle. We’ll recommend the right level for your goals.

Setup & Tracking

What’s the typical timeline to go live?

Usually 3–7 business days depending on creative readiness and conversion-tracking complexity.

Can you set up GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversions?

Yes — form/phone/WhatsApp click tracking, bookings, purchases, and full validation end-to-end.

No website/landing page yet?

We can provide a quick landing page option or work with your web vendor to ship what’s needed.

Results & Reporting

When will we see results?

Week 1 shows clicks/early engagement; weeks 2–4 usually show lead trends. Stabilization varies by industry.

Do you guarantee rankings/leads/ROAS?

No guarantees (platform policies). We set clear KPIs, track rigorously, and iterate quickly to control cost per result.

Do you provide live dashboards and reports?

Yes — Looker Studio dashboards and regular reports by plan; optional CRM/form integrations to trace funnel to close.

Support & Terms

Response time and channels?

Email/WhatsApp primarily; replies within one business day. Higher tiers can set dedicated channels and SLAs.

Who owns the ad accounts and data?

You do — always. We collaborate as admins; you retain full access and history after the project.

Cancellation/pause & billing basics?

Month-to-month, no lock-in. Cancel/pause before next cycle. Delivered service fees aren’t refundable; unused ad funds remain in your ad accounts.
